We take pride in the quality and attention to detail when creating and packing all orders. However, if an error has been overlooked and you are not entirely satisfied with our products you can request a refund within 14 days of receiving your item.

We offer free UK p&p on orders over the value of £60.  We provide tracked 2-5 working days delivery time.

For international orders - additional shipping charges apply (This is calculated at the checkout). We provide a tracked and signed delivery service. Please allow up to 14 working days for delivery time.

Please note, we are NOT responsible for custom duties that you may incur. 

We aim to create and post all orders within 7 days of the payment date.
